Background: This is our institute's own custom-designed scholarship test, proudly named in honor of the pioneering Indian physicist, Dr. Bibha Chowdhury. Working under immense resource constraints in British India during World War II, she co-discovered pi-mesons (pions) using photographic emulsion plates. However, due to a lack of advanced laboratory facilities at the time, she couldn't publish definitive findings, and British physicist Cecil Powell later won the 1950 Nobel Prize using the exact same method. Her brilliance eventually led her to become the very first woman scientist to join the faculty of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR). In recognition of her extraordinary global contributions, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) officially named a yellow-white dwarf star 'Bibha' in her honor. This scholarship honors her incredible legacy of resilience and genius to inspire the next generation of scientific minds.
We understand that family plans and academic paths can evolve. To ensure complete transparency, mutual confidence, and institutional fairness, here is our official refund policy for all upcoming batches:

Scholars may request a withdrawal within the first month (30 calendar days) of batch commencement. In this case, a 50% refund of the tuition fee component will be promptly disbursed.
No refund requests will be entertained after the first month (30 calendar days) of batch commencement has elapsed, as cohort seats are strictly capped (20–24 scholars) to protect mentorship quality and cannot be reallocated mid-session.
